What to Expect at MAIC
From your very first call to final report delivery, every touchpoint at MAIC is coordinated, documented, and designed to support your case.
Your First Call
You call (888) 991-5290 or your abogado refers you online. Our intake team verifies your coverage — Sin Culpa, or gravamen médico — and schedules your first cita within 24 to 48 hours. Same-day available for urgent matters.
Initial Evaluación
At your first visit, a certificado por la junta médico conducts a comprehensive injury evaluación covering your mechanism of injury, all pain complaints, range of motion, neurológico screening, and functional deficits. Imágenes orders (MRI, X-ray) are placed the el mismo día.
Imágenes Diagnósticas

Ongoing Tratamiento
Your tratamiento plan — physical therapy, chiropractic, pain management, or especialista follow-up — is managed entirely within nuestras instalaciones. At every visit, clinical progress is documented and your abogado is notified of significant milestones.
Report Delivery
Litigation-ready reports are delivered to your abogado within 48 hours of each visit. Reports are structured to satisfy WCB MTG criteria, Sin Culpa arbitration standards, and civil court requirements. Deposición support is available for all proveedores tratantes.
You Don't Pay Anything Out of Pocket

What to Bring to Your First Visit
- Photo ID (driver's license or state ID)
- Your auto insurance card (for Sin Culpa claims)
- Your abogado's name and contact info if applicable
- The police report or accident report number if available

- A list of all current medications
- Nothing else — we handle the rest
