Digital X-Ray
High-resolution digital X-ray available same-day. Results read and documented before the patient leaves, ensuring the initial evaluation report is complete and court-ready from day one.
EMG / NCV Testing
Electromyography and nerve conduction velocity testing for neurological injury documentation — critical evidence for cases involving radiculopathy, nerve damage, or disputed neurological symptoms.
Ambulatory Surgery Center
In-house ambulatory surgery center — interventional procedures, pain management, and surgical consults without referring out. One facility, one complete record, uninterrupted continuity of care.
Multispecialty Team
Board-certified orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, and pain management specialists on-site. Cases requiring specialist input are handled internally — no external referrals that break the chain of documentation.
Physical Therapy
On-site physical therapy with documented functional assessments at every session. Progress notes are formatted to support ongoing injury claims and demonstrate treatment necessity over time.
